6061-T6 Billet AluminumCustom finishesEddie Motorsport’s latest addition to our line of products is our new Billet Aluminum Thermostat Housings for Small Block, Big Block. Made in the USA and constructed from precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the housings feature a 360 degree swivel design that allows for correct hose alignment. The housings have an 80 degree outlet position and accept a 1-1/2â radiator hoses. Small and big block Chevy housings utilize an O-ring seal eliminating the need for a gasket or sealer. As with most of the high quality billet aluminum parts offered by Eddie Motorsports, the new Billet Aluminum Thermostat Housings are available in a variety of custom finishes
